As if life for Americans right now isn't hard enough with the economy in shambles, President Zero is mulling over the preposterous idea of making everything still more expensive by regulating(read: taxing) the harmless plant food, CO2....The Obama administration on Tuesday agreed to review whether it should regulate carbon dioxide emissions from coal-fired power plants, portending a major reversal of the Bush administration's policy on global warming.
Like literally everything else liberals do, whether it's taxing, spending, regulating, or nationalizing, they do it falsley in the name of a victim group such as "the children", "minorities", "working families", or the excuse of the day, "the environment". But it's never about these things, and you can tell because the problems never go away or get solved regardless of how much of other peoples' money the government spends to fix them. It's about terrifying the populace with one imaginary hobgobblin(like global warming) after another in order to create a larger dependent class of needy Americans clamoring for rescue, which leads to greater political power, nothing else.
Taxing CO2 will only make everything more expensive and create more misery and pain for people but, that's what craven democrats need....because people who're hurting are more likely to surrender their freedoms to politicians in exchange for the promise of safety and relief.
Being nothing but a community agitator, senate back-bencher, and empty suit, Obama is being led around by the nose by seasoned political operators like Imanuel, Pelosi, and Reid. I really don't think he has a clue what he's doing to the country.
