Compensation for losses inflicted by man-made global warming would be jaw-dropping, a payout that would make tobacco and asbestos damages look like pocket money.

Imagine: a country or an individual could get redress for a drought that destroyed farmland, for floods and storms that created an army of refugees, for rising seas that wiped a small island state off the map.

Let's forget for a minute the fact that man-made global warming is an entirely imaginary menace hatched in the fascist fever swamp that serves as Al Gore's mind. How can you assign cause, and therefore damages, to any one company or government when everybody on Earth uses fossil fuels to live and contributes CO2 molecules to the atmosphere. Even if you could show that there was more CO2 on one region than another, CO2 molecules in Paduka, Ky are indistinguishable from CO2 molecules in the air over Marrakesh, Morocco....and they flow freely in the Jet Stream between the two. How could any skeevy lawyer show cause?

So far the judgements against anybody for CO2 contributions are zero, but with literally trillions at stake, there will be a first. The jackal-like lawyers keep pecking away at the issue and sooner or later they'll find the right judge and 12 stupid people and they'll get a win. Then the flood gates will open and entire economies will crumble under the weight of pointless litigation that does nothing but enrich the evil trial lawyers.

Bryan Walsh, the author of this article went through amazing contortions to convince the reader that global warming actually causes global cooling and deadly blizzards, pausing only briefly to mock the idea that there are non-believers. The climate-change crowd is so invested in the global warming myth that they must double-down at every opportunity to convince people who're freezing that global warming is real. It's pathetically sad for them, but it's an endless source of hilarity for me.....heh heh.

The Gore Effect strikes again

No matter which year or what location, when the UN hosts it's annual Climate Change Conference and Al Gore is an attendee, the local temperatures always set records for cold. And Cancun is no exception. For the last three days, Cancun has experienced record cold days with temperatures dipping into the low 50's. Seems kind of balmy to most people but Cancun isn't really that far from the equator. It should be much warmer.

And that's the Gore Effect. Where ever he goes to talk about imaginary global warming, it gets bizarrely cold. But I doubt Gore realizes what the temp is outside, he's in his room releasing his 7th Chakra by molesting the housekeeping staff.

The buxom actress thinks it's up to rich countries to save poor countries from the imaginary effects of a warming planet by what else, redistributing wealth. She encourages rich nations to save the poor by.....

"...setting up a new global climate fund that is fair and safe and enables vulnerable people, especially women, in poor countries to build resilience to the growing threats of a changing climate. Progress on climate funding will also help restore trust between poor and rich countries, opening new doors for more constructive dialogue."

Despite man-made global warming having been totally and completely debunked as crap, celebrities still feel self-important and socially relevant when they pretend to stand up for the "less fortunate" and lecture the rest of us about how our lifestyles harm others. We're supposed to ignore that the average celebrity halfwit conspicuously consumes many times the resources as the average American for whom they show contempt.

Scarlett should stick to acting and looking good in a dress and leave the issue debates and public policy to grown ups who've actually given this stuff some thought.

A British team of climatologists has published an article proving what I've been telling you all along, that Al Gore and the whole myth of CO2-caused global warming is, to put it in scientific terms, a pant load of crap. Here's the graph that shows back in the Cambrian and Ordovician ages of the Paleozoic, between 460M-590M years ago, the climate of Earth was much like it is today, yet the CO2 levels were 5-20 times higher. And quite apart from examining the hard evidence, he says, the elementary laws of physics (latent heat needed to melt ice) tell us that the apocalypse conjured up by Al Gore and Co could not possibly come about.

He blamed Western industrialized nations for hunger, desertification and floods across the globe, and called for "drastic solutions" to global warming, and "not solutions that partially reduce the effect of climate change."

Bin Laden's legend as a terrorist has fallen harder than Tara Reid's career. Ten years ago he was planning and directing the 9/11 attacks and today, he's blaming the US for an imaginary crisis, just like our own deranged tree-huggers and unemployed, granola-munching hippies do.

I think this shows that Bin Laden and Al Qaida are shadows of their former scary selves. Only the deranged and/or impotent would use global warming as a cause for hostility toward the US.

Phony carbon exchange collapses in wake of Copenhagen farce

Finally, some sanity regarding the global warming sham....

Carbon prices plunged yesterday in the aftermath of the Copenhagen conference on climate change, dealing a blow to the credibility of the European Union's carbon-trading scheme.

Prices for carbon permits for December 2010 delivery, the benchmark contract for pricing European permits, dropped nearly 10 per cent in early trading, before recovering to end the day 8.3 per cent lower at €12.41.

Lower prices give companies less incentive to invest in cutting their greenhouse gas output. Analysts estimate that prices of more than €40 a tonne are required to stimulate investment in new low-carbon technologies.

Those dumb Europeans actually believe in man-made global warming and are arrogant and smug enough to think they can affect the world climate by buying and trading carbon allowances...heh, heh. Democrats in America are no smarter than their European counterparts but, at least we haven't let them saddle us with ridiculous, economy-destroying carbon credits...not yet anyway.

The whole "green economy" is a bunch of manufactured nonsense, created by socialists in the democrat party as a ruse for controlling all aspects of life in America. There is no market demand for green jobs. When the technology for wind, solar, cow farts, whatever becomes more efficient than the energy we currently produce, people will naturally switch to the cheaper form of energy. Creating a phony exchange for carbon based on what are known to be lies is just an exercise in absurdity.

The ridiculous Climate Change Summit in Copenhagen, already teetering on the brink of idiocy, slid down the slope of absurdity and finally, crashed on the jagged rocks of laughable farce today, as unheard of blizzard conditions hammered Denmark as Chairman Zero lectured delegates about global warming, heh heh......

Dec. 17 (Bloomberg) -- World leaders flying into Copenhagen today to discuss a solution to global warming will first face freezing weather as a blizzard dumped 10 centimeters (4 inches) of snow on the Danish capital overnight.

“Temperatures will stay low at least the next three days,” Henning Gisseloe, an official at Denmark’s Meteorological Institute, said today by telephone, forecasting more snow in coming days. “There’s a good chance of a white Christmas.”

Denmark has a maritime climate and milder winters than its Scandinavian neighbors. It hasn’t had a white Christmas for 14 years, under the DMI’s definition, and only had seven last century. Temperatures today fell as low as minus 4 Celsius (25 Fahrenheit).

It seems that every time there is a global-warming summit somewhere, a freak winter storm with unprecedented cold interrupts the proceedings. It's almost as if God himself were trying to get their attention and say....

"How stupid and self-absorbed are you navel-gazing morons? I created this planet to have climate fluctuations which it's had for billions of years. You would have to be me to alter it in any measurable way."

Biting the hand that feeds them

In Copenhagen this week, poor countries are protesting that the $100billion that has been pledged by rich countries to help them cope with the entirely natural phenomenon of climate change, isn't enough. They want more money from rich nations as punishment for harming the planet.....

Copenhagen is about our money, not our emissions

Apparently, thug dictators in third-world hell-holes haven't been promised enough of American taxpayers' money to combat mythical climate change so, they're boycotting the summit.....GOOD!!!!

COPENHAGEN (AP) - China, India and other developing nations boycotted U.N. climate talks on Monday, bringing negotiations to a halt with their demand that rich countries discuss much deeper cuts in their greenhouse gas emissions.

Representatives from developing countries - a bloc of 135 nations - said they refused to participate in any formal working groups at the 192-nation summit until the issue was resolved.

The African-led move was a setback for the Copenhagen talks, which were already faltering over long-running disputes between rich and poor nations over emissions cuts and financing for developing countries to deal with climate change.

See, even murdering thug dictators know how stupid it would be for the US to curtail it's emissions as this would cripple our economy and make their poor countries more competitive. And they know just how stupid our political class is that it would fall for such a ridiculous stunt. Copenhagen isn't about climate change, carbon, the environment, or polar bears. It's about what modern, international environmentalism has always been about....grabbing as much of Americans' wealth as they can. And environmental guilt over the absurd notion of America-caused global warming seems to be doing the trick with America-hating apologists like Obama controlling the purse strings.

Obama seizes the American economy by the throat

This is the largest power-grab by the corrupt Obama administration yet....

Environmental Protection Agency has concluded greenhouse gases are endangering people's health and must be regulated, signaling that the Obama administration is prepared to contain global warming without congressional action if necessary.

Under a Supreme Court ruling, the so-called endangerment finding is needed before the EPA can regulate carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases released from power plants, factories and automobiles under the federal Clean Air Act.

This ruling effectively gives Obama free-reign to regulate businesses' production of harmless gases like CO2. Literally anybody who consumes energy in any form will be affected by the coming regulations. Global warming has been proven to be a lie yet, Obama presses forward as if everybody in the world believes the charade. The worst part is that eco pied-piper Al Gore was seen visiting the white house in the last few days leading up to this declaration by the EPA, and coincidentally stands to make over a BILLION dollars once the federal government starts to regulate the nation's energy consumption. Of course the fawning sycophants in the main-stream-media don't see any conflict of interest here.

I wonder how much of that billion Gore promised to Obama in return for this ruling by the EPA?
