Normally, I think the pregnant female body is attractive, I mean if the woman is attractive already. That said, I'm not sure what to make of this, I mean other than....eeeeeww! These extraordinary new pictures show the world's first pregnant man—captured just four weeks from the birth of his baby girl.
First of all, this is not a dude. It is a chick who has been surgically modified to look like a dude. Regardless of her appearance, she still has two X chromosomes, a uterus, and ovaries, so it is not extraordinary for her to have gotten pregnant. That people want to see pictures of this freak-show of a couple....now that's extraordinary.

I'm glad you pointed out the fact that it is a woman who chose to be modified. "Pregnant man" she's not.
This is disgusting. The most beautiful thing in all of nature made ugly. I didn't think it was possible. Beyond that, Í think it is incredibly selfish. Imagine being the baby born to a man.
If he/she was feeling a bit maternal maybe she should have thought a little longer before she decided to be a man. I mean these people claim so vehemently that they are the opposite sex. Then why the residual need to have a baby? I don't know one man who would like to be pregnant.
