This week Ann ridicules Justice Anthony Kennedy for his anchoring the 5-4 decision of the Court this week which grants US civilian legal rights to terrorists currently relaxing at Club Gitmo Tropical Spa and Resort. To say the Court overstepped it's jurisdiction is like saying the Mississippi River right now is a tad outside it's boundaries. Apparently Justice Kennedy thinks that nowhere on Earth is beyond his sphere of influence, including horning in on the powers granted by the Constitution to the Executive Branch.
