“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

It's Ann Coulter Thursday!

This week Ann blasts gutless democrats for their craven desire for the U.S. to lose in Iraq. Their vested interest in America's defeat is treacherous, bordering on treasonous. Here's the line that sums it up best...

If liberals are not traitors, their only fallback argument at this point is that they're really stupid.

You can read the whole thing here.

I definitely agree, 100%.
Lets look at the total amount of men killed in past wars and compare them to this one.
WWI : 116,516 killed, 204,002 wounded
WWII: 291,557 killed, 670,846 wounded
Vietnam: 47,369 killed, 164102 wounded
Korean War: 33,651 killed, 103284 wounded
Civil War(just for kicks): 184,594 killed, 785,633 wounded.

War in Iraq: 3,774 killed, 27,767 wounded

Seeing as how Americans have been fighting this war as long as the other wars, I'd say we are definitely handling business. But if thats not enough, we can always look at what we have accomplished there: found, tried, and executed Saddam Hussein, killed al-Zarqawi and some of his minions, and helped Iraq hold a free Democratic election. If we are losing this war, seriously someone tell me how, because there is no evidence to support that claim. Democrats are redefining the term anti-American. If we seriously pull troops out of Iraq now we will be leaving that country in the same condition it was after we left in the 90's, and we will find ourselves fighting a bigger and more unsuccessful war later down the road.

Because they're of another opinion than you? Nice going, Coulter.
