“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

Indians can't even get rich owning casinos.....pathetic

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation owns the Foxwoods Resort Casino in southeastern Connecticut, but back in 2008 when the economy took a down turn, the tribe didn't have enough money to meet its obligations to members of the tribe and they defaulted on a couple of loans. Now they are begging the federal government for bailout money to make up for casino losses.

Are you friggin' kidding me? The whole purpose of the 1988 Indian Gaming Regulatory Act was to allow federally recognized tribes to become self-sufficient.

I'm sorry but it's been what, 500-600 years since white Europeans brought guns, liquor, and syphilis to the America's. Isn't it about time for lazy, drunk Indians to get over that and assimilate into society like all other minorities have managed to do?

They can't even get rich with a casino for heaven's sake. That's like hitting the lottery. How inept and incompetent do you have to be fail to make money with a money-making machine?

Government is NOT the answer and this is another example.

Government has been the answer for Indians since forever, you'd think they would tire of the poverty, alcoholism, shiftlessness, unemployment, and idleness at some point and say, enough already.

Government "help" is a key ENABLER to all the attributes to their destruction. It is as classic and sad as predictable.

This could cause them to grow less, flower less, and maybe even die.

Owning a regular lawn mower does not mean you have to give up on mulching
your yard; you just have to be willing to do some work.
This same person spread several yards of the mulch around
their house before they realized the problem, and it ruined many of their plants.
