Nike ad captures the relationship between Americans and our heroes


Here's Tiger's new Nike ad. And it's absolutely right.

If there's anything that we shallow Americans love more than a hero that crashes and burns in a lurid scandal, it's him rising like a Phoenix out of the ashes of his self-caused destruction to be the world #1 winner we loved and adored before.

We Americans will overlook any, ANY indiscretion or misjudgment as long as you come back and win for our entertainment once again.
