Idiot, self-destructive Californians voted for Prop. 30 on Tuesday which gave their idiot governor Jerry Brown the right to raise taxes for several years at least to try to dig out of their fatal deficit. There no talk of reigning in the generous social welfare spending though.
How can so many people in one state be that stupid? (California is already broke and businesses are leaving in droves for more friendly states like Texas and Tennessee.) Well, I'd say it's because they know that their economy is larger than all but 8 countries on Earth and as such, represents a millstone around the neck of the US economy. Californians know that Obama will give them a fat bailout at all other states' expense, if it comes to that or total bankruptcy.
I said it about the banks, insurance companies, and car companies in 2008 and I'll say it about California when the time comes.....LET THEM FAIL!
