Meet Valeria Lukyanova, left, and Olga Oleynik from Odessa, Ukraine. Both have surgically altered their entire bodies to resemble what they think Barbie looks like. I think they look more like humanoid versions of Japanese anime' characters.
Supposedly they are headed for America to give talks on spirituality. This is how they plan to become rich. Heh heh, I'll bet when they aren't on their short-lived speaking tour, they will be found at Comic Con and similar conventions where nerds go to gawk at hot girls dressed up as their favorite comic book characters. No doubt their commitment to their anime' appearances will fetch high appearance fees at such conventions. They'll attempt to write a book, do the talk-show circuit, plenty of photo shoots....each one with a little less clothing on until they do Playboy at some point, after which they'll be forgotten. Sorry, but that's how America treats celebrities with little talent beyond looks.
