Eliot Spitzer criticizes his own party
Client #9 had an interesting comment regarding the future of the GOP and the 2016 election.....
"Can I give the Republican party some advice? Think 2020. Give up on 2016 -- it's Hillary's. Think about what the nation will look like after eight years of Obama, [and] four years of Hillary. That's when you get your comeback."
Probably without even knowing it, Spitzer predicted the pitiful state of affairs in which the US will be mired after 12 years of radically leftists democrats in control. The saddest part of his statement is that he might be correct. Who among republicans is going to beat Hillary if she runs? Especially when she'll have the joyous media behind her every step of the way. Every woman will be guilted into voting for her just because she'll be the first women President, just the way every black was guilted into voting for Obama for no reason other than he was the first black President. Even a politician as skilled and likable as Marco Rubio will have a hard time defeating that kind of machine.
If the country is in very bad shape, Hillary won't be able to run on "more of the same". She'll have to harshly criticize Obama in order to distance herself from him, in order to beat Rubio. If the country somehow miraculously recovers, then it might be smooth sailing for her with the media solidly behind her.
