See, for liberals, it's never been about fighting for the choices of women, it's government cramming the choices they made down everybody else's throats. Bloomberg's an grade-A asshole!
Here's the thinking of the average American:
"When they came for the cigarettes, I said nothing because I don't smoke so I don't care about smokers' rights. When they came for 16oz drinks, I said nothing because I drink 12oz or less so I don't care about the rights of people to drink as much as they like. And when they came for the baby formula I said nothing because I breast fed my child so I don't care about the rights of women to not breast feed.
But when they came for my daughter's lemonade stand because we didn't have a food-service inspection and permit, I looked around and nobody was fighting for my rights to sell lemonade in the front yard. Why isn't anybody fighting for my freedoms and rights"?
This is why government is so intrusive in our lives now. Incrementalism. We don't fight for the rights of others to engage in a lawful activity if we personally ourselves, don't engage in that activity.
Along with Big Gulp cups and salt shakers, this baby bottle will soon be on the list of unapproved items as contraband in New York City. Free condoms, hypodermic needles, and abortions will be widely available and encouraged however.
