Democrat, media hack Bob Schieffer continues to parrot the lie that social security checks might not go out if the debt ceiling isn't raised.....
From Newsbusters -- SCHIEFFER: Every month, millions of Americans depend on Social Security to support their families and make ends meet. But now, they may not get their next check, if the debt ceiling crisis is not resolved.
If Obama orders the checks to not get paid, they won't get paid, but that's the only reason. There's plenty of money to pay the interest on the debt, SS, Medicare, Medicaid, military, and most other stuff. Some government shutdowns may have to occur, but really, who gives a crap if some government toady at the Education Department doesn't receive his absurdly lavish salary for a few weeks.
Bob Schieffer is an Obama lapdog and in the tank for democrats like no other TV anchor. Only Brian Williams comes close. The funny thing is, they don't think anybody notices.
