The fix is in, and the American people are the Mark
If any of you dumb, bailout supporters out there who believed Bush, Paulson, Bernanke and the other swindlers who robbed us blind two months ago, still believe the WallStreet/banking bailout was the right thing to do, please explain this....
WASHINGTON – It's something any bank would demand to know before handing out a loan: Where's the money going?
But after receiving billions in aid from U.S. taxpayers, the nation's largest banks say they can't track exactly how they're spending the money or they simply refuse to discuss it.
"We've lent some of it. We've not lent some of it. We've not given any accounting of, 'Here's how we're doing it,'" said Thomas Kelly, a spokesman for JPMorgan Chase, which received $25 billion in emergency bailout money. "We have not disclosed that to the public. We're declining to."
I heard today that already, $1.6billion has been spent on executive bonuses alone. These idiots who robbed their own companies to the point of bankruptcy as they enriched themselves, are laughing hysterically in their lemos on the way to the bank, because the American people are so unfathomably stupid, that we gave them still more of our own money.
The magnitude of this swindle would make even Bernard Madoff blush with embarrassment. I'll tell you what's happening. Members of Congress are not insisting on transparency and disclosure, knowing that some of the money will come back to them around election time if they look the other way now. I swear, the corruption if these guys is staggering! And the American people are getting screwed by them nine different ways from Sunday.
