New York Times Pays Execs Extra To Hire Minorities And Women Instead Of White Guys
Apparently the NYT is concerned about the whiteness of it's staff so to encourage the hiring of more minorities, the senior execs can earn as much as a 10% bonus. As it turns out, since the inception of the hiring incentives, only one guy as earned any extra mullah, and he earned 5%. Turns out the chief regurgitator of liberal talking points, isn't as diverse as they accuse the rest of America of not being.
Exit question: how do the hired minorities respond when asked how they feel about their bosses being bribed to hire them for no reason but the color of their skin? Would you want to be hired for your meaningless ethnic background or your ability to do the job for which you were competing?

I would hope to be hired for my abilities and not be the token whatever. Or be hired just because I am gay because the boss is gay and only hires gays-and that DOES happen.
If they want preference, let them join the military.
