For those who missed the obvious, Judge Nelson's photo has been photoshopped.
Only a little Isaac. She pretty much looks like this.

I agree, Ed, but in this case, Nelsons hair and glasses were added to Farley's head and then his head was superimposed onto her body.
They could still be fraternal twins even without photoshop.
