Up in Keswick, Canada a couple of 9th grade boys, one white and the other Korean, got into a scuffle during which the white kid called the Korean kid a "f-ing Chinese" and threw the first punch. What he had not counted on was the third-degree black belt in Karate held by the Korean kid. When the dust settled(about 5 seconds later), the Korean kid was trying to slow the bleeding from the white kid's broken nose.
Of course only the Korean kid was charged with assault. Why should the police even be involved? These kinds of things get sorted out on their own, exactly as it did in this case. The Korean kid defended himself and the white kid got a fair and just punishment for picking a fight. Everything's cool.
