Sail into pirate-infested waters, get captured by pirates

NAIROBI, Kenya — Somali pirates hijacked a German cargo ship carrying 11 Romanian crew in the Gulf of Aden, the latest seizure by high-seas bandits who are holding hundreds of merchant mariners hostage, officials said Wednesday.

I'm sorry, after the Israeli security force on that Italian cruise ship showed everybody how to handle pirates, I find it hard to find sympathy for people who sail into pirate-infested waters and then get captured by pirates.

A security detail can't be more expensive than the cargo on board a container ship, and I'll bet the Israeli's wouldn't mind shooting some more Muslim pirates.
