I think it shows the guy to be thoughtful and selfless, but it shows the girls to be helpless, dependent, inept, and thoughtless, and wholly without regard to the dignity of others.
The span goes from the guy's knees to his chest, or roughly two feet. Any kindergartner can easily step across that gap...why can't those dumb girls? They don't deserve to be with this guy. He should shove all three off the nearest cliff and find a nice girl who's worthy of him.

I don't know anon. Planking must be performed with the arms at one's side, I think they are taking advantage of a nice guy and he should kick them to the curb, post haste.
seriously...IF the guy is this "nice"....perhaps some testicular fortitude is in order !?! Tell the sorry Lass to step over!!
