The justice dept. announced today, NEW broad restrictions on ethnic and religious profiling in investigations, specifically including those of national security...i.e. terrorism. Not profiling Muslims in terrorism investigations is like not profiling pit-bulls in pit-bull attack investigations.
It's as if Obama is openly inviting the terrorists to come here and kill us.
It's as if Obama is openly inviting the terrorists to come here and kill us.
But then as the picture indicates, even a cursory glance at his ridiculous book, inspired by the America-hating man he claims is his father, would have given us ample warning this was coming.

Just out of curiosity, Ed:
Q. Are you suggesting that all (or even most) Muslims are terrorists?
Q. Are you suggesting that all (or even most) terrorists are Muslims?
B is the correct answer, Isaac.
Virtually all current terrorists are Muslims just as virtually all pit bull attacks are caused by pit bulls.
"Virtually all current terrorists are Muslims...."
Being a man of science, I have no doubt that you used the scientific method to arrive at that position, Ed. Share with us the data from your research.
I'm sure you, or somebody you'll surely reference, can figure out how to define virtually all crime as "terrorism" to mask that it's the Muslims who're primarily responsible for the acts of terror, after which we change our whole way of life as an adjustment. What have the Latino's done in the way of ideological terrorism that has made us frightened of Latino's?
I'm not sure how to interpret that kind of evasive answer, Ed. Surely you didn't let Pamela Geller (and/or others like her) do your thinking for you. Or did you?
Isaac, I think you're conflating terrorism with garden-variety crime.
And don't try to claim that the media only reports on Muslim crime. If anything, the media love the radical Muslims....after all, they share contempt for the US.
what about Duke University, Ed? Are they conflating terrorism with garden-variety crime?
What about the University of North Carolina? Are they conflating terrorism with garden-variety crime?
From “ALL TERRORISTS ARE MUSLIMS…EXCEPT THE 94% THAT AREN’T” (LOONWATCH.com)
“…according to a study released by Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, ’the terrorist threat posed by radicalized Muslim-Americans has been exaggerated.’
Yet, Americans continue to live in mortal fear of radical Islam, a fear propagated and inflamed by right wing Islamophobes [such as Ed – I.A.N.]. … It has even become axiomatic in some circles to chant: ’Not all Muslims are terrorists, but nearly all terrorists are Muslims.’ ….
But perception is not reality.”
The accompanying chart attributed 6% of terrorist attacks to “Islamic Extremists” and 7% to “Jewish Extremists”.
How do you respond to that statistical, data-driven, University study, Ed?
I never claimed my evidence is empirical, rather my conclusions were arrived at heuristically.
Which terrorist group flies airplanes into buildings?
Which terrorist group beheads civilians on Youtube?
Which terrorist group's ideology calls for the conversion, dhimmification, or death of all, ALL, infidels?
Islamic terrorists have a global gripe against all of non-Muslim humanity. Other terror organizations are regional at most, if not local.
Nice tap dance, Ed. How much empirical evidence would it take for you to say, "I was wrong. I apologize for maliciously maligning 23% of the world's population"?
For example, here is another report, this one from “Non-Muslims Carried Out More than 90% of All Terrorist Attacks on U.S. Soil”.
”Based on our review of the approximately 2,400 terrorist attacks on U.S. soil contained within the START* database [*National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, Univ. of MD], we determined that approximately 60 were carried out by Muslims.
In other words, approximately 2.5% of all terrorist attacks on U.S. soil between 1970 and 2012 were carried out by Muslims. This is a tiny proportion of all attacks.
(We determined that approximately 118 of the terror attacks – or 4.9% – were carried out by Jewish groups such as Jewish Armed Resistance, the Jewish Defense League, Jewish Action Movement, United Jewish Underground and Thunder of Zion. This is almost twice the percentage of Islamic attacks within the United States. “
(A mea culpa would be in order about now, Ed, and would be a refreshing change of pace from your usual unsupported but defiant dogmatism.)
I didn't malign 23% of the world population. I maligned the subset of that population who're currently responsible for a world-wide jihad in the name of Islam.
Name another world famous, terrorist organization with it's tentacles in virtually every country.....I mean other than dirty Joooos, Isaac.
"...I mean other than dirty Joooos...."
Tell us, Isaac, which are the most dangerous breeds of dogs.....I mean other than Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers and Presa Canarios.
From: America's 'Death Instinct' Spreads Misery Across the World by Chris Hedges
“Our violence spawns violence and never-ending configurations of enraged militants. We will keep spawning them until we stop occupying the Middle East.
Endless war, which results in endless terror, leaves the arms manufacturers and generals giddy with joy. It is a boon to the state, which is possessed of an excuse to extinguish what few liberties we have left. It fuels the militancy and hatred that fanatics need to justify their slaughter and attract recruits. But it is a curse to humankind.“
.
You want me to “name another world famous, terrorist organization with it's (sic) tentacles in virtually every country”, Ed? That is easy. The United States of America.
Isaac, I've already agreed that war is a boon to the US economy and especially the profit lines of all our defense contractors, and that fact certainly plays a role in decision making at the highest levels of bureaucracy in government and the pentagon.
Whether the US qualifies as a terrorist organization feels like a tiresome and pointless debate, so I'll let you have that one.
Every sortie flown, every bomb dropped, every bullet fired, every grenade launched, every prisoner tortured in the countries below was an act of terrorism, Ed. I understand that you don’t see it that way but if you were a citizen of any of the following countries you wouldn’t hesitate to call those acts terrorism.
Countries bombed by the United States
Afghanistan 1998, 2001-
Bosnia 1994, 1995
Congo 1964
Cuba 1959-1961
El Salvador 1980s
Guatemala 1954, 1960, 1967-69
Indonesia 1958 Laos 1964-73
Grenada 1983
Iraq 1991-2000s
Iran 1987
Kuwait 1991
Lebanon 1983, 1984
Libya 1986, 2011
Nicaragua 1980s
Pakistan 2003, 2006- Palestine 2010
Panama 1989
Peru 1965
Somalia 1993, 2007-08, 2010-
Sudan 1998
Syria 2014
Yemen 2002, 2009-
Yugoslavia 1999
Look, I'm with you on the US being far too quick to drop bombs or otherwise attack countries who don't really present a threat to us. But I won't go so far as to call it terrorism because usually we're invited by somebody there or are at least doing it on behalf of some group that appreciates it.....generally. There may be some instances of uninvited sorties, but I can't think of any.
