TRR -- Pro-tip of the Day
Kids, don't try to befriend or domesticate wild animals or, you'll end up in the hospital and some smart-ass like me will make fun of you for it....
FLORISSANT, Colo. (CBS4) ― A woman was gored by a buck mule deer after she tried to pet it near Florissant on Monday.
Joan Nutt, 63, was visiting her sister's home on County Road 31 around 5 p.m. when the attack occurred.
Nutt apparently called the deer in an attempt to pet it. The deer approached, lowered its head and charged her.
A passerby witnessed the deer stomping Nutt and was able to scare it off and call the Teller County Sheriff's Office
Talk about adding insult to injury! It's bad enough to get gored by a wild animal with sharp horns but then, to have it stomp you into the ground for a while after.....well, that's just humiliating and uncalled for. And for jerks like me who would love to see a video of this.....hilarious!
Look people, no matter how cute, cuddly, and docile they seem, to wild, male animals, you are one or more of these three things.....a territorial threat, something with which to breed or, food. Any one of the three seems like the makings of a bad day for you.
