“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

GM is still Government Motors
I'm finding it a little hard to get excited about GM's return to the NYSE.....
DETROIT — General Motors returned to life as a public company Thursday, launching a stock offering worth potentially $23 billion and ending the government’s role as majority shareholder and closing a remarkable chapter in American corporate history.
I'll still never buy another GM car....ever. The unions and bloated management that ran this company into the ground and who were rewarded with unconstitutional ownership of the company by Obama, are still there and intact. What's stopping them from whining about another bailout in 5 years? Nothing's changed.

Never again GM. Have you seen the new GM commercials where a potential driver test-drives three vehicles? One is a GM, the other two are usually Toyota and Honda and the buyer always picks the GM? Supposedly this was conducted by an independent agency but is is such BS. And the commerial is in three parts over several minutes. Annoying. The "buyer" probably doesn't understand the repurcussions of rewarding the government... er I mean GM with their business.
The too-big-to-fail canard must not be rewarded with still more of our money whether taken from us by force or given voluntarily.
Ya lets not buy GM.
How about:
Toyota: Built the Su Ki, type 1 4x2, and the KB. How many Americans died because of this. And the whole slave labor camps.
Mitsubishi: Um...Pearl Harbor ring a bell.
Honda: Pow forced slave labor.
Kawasaki: Bataan death march ring a bell.
Volkswagen: Peoples Wagon...thanks Adolf?
Mercedes: Holocaust...Great book about this subject.
I guess your political agenda is more important than the thousands that died during ww2. Funny you probably didnt think about this. You call yourself a patriot. I bet in 70 years you would buy an AL Qaeda pick up if they sold it. Its better than a union made GM right?
