The media's ridiculous obsession with this idiot down in Florida and his 50 inbred followers, not to mention the Obama administration embarrassingly groveling before him, pleading with him not to burn any Qurans, has created copycat Quran burners all over America who're looking for their 15 minutes in the spotlight.
Phone calls to Terry Jones from administration officials have elevated this nobody to D-list celebrity status. Ostensibly the Obama administration's objection to the burning is so it won't endanger the troops. But they are troops, they know they are in danger already. That's why they're called troops.
Additionally, where was the liberal media's phony concern for the troops when they insisted that the Abu Ghraib torture pictures be plastered all over the New York Times fish-wrapper? It's not about protecting the troops. It's about liberal's contempt for America and their consistent siding with our enemies.
