Watch N.Y. Gov. Paterson sign the Stop-and-Frisk bill into law yesterday. If you don't have 30 seconds to spare, click on over to the 29sec mark for the hilarity.
I know I know, I shouldn't make fun of the blind, but come on! You'd think one if his seeing-eyed handlers would discreetly place his hand on the dotted line for the signing rather than have everybody watch as he searched for it. Additionally, he's got to be like 50 years old. Is it possible that the one eye that barely works is near sighted such that he can resolve a dotted line from like an inch away or does he just want to appear to be looking at the document when he scribbles on it?

Maybe they mark the line with an odor dot.
Heh heh!
