The coming rapid decline of America

Over at Alex Jones' Infowars.com, there is a chilling article about how America could easily collapse under the weight of outrageous government spending and her not so gradual evolution into a European-style social-welfare state in which a non-productive majority of citizens live off the generosity of the productive minority, and what that collapse might look like. A must read for TRR readers concerned about the direction of our country. Here's an excerpt....

The government was forced to print money in order to pay its bills, causing domestic prices to rise rapidly. Faced with hyperinflation, Washington took recourse in terminating Social Security and Medicare and followed up by confiscating the remnants of private pensions. This provided a one-year respite, but with no more resources to confiscate, money creation and hyperinflation resumed.

Organized food deliveries broke down when the government fought hyperinflation with fixed prices and the mandate that all purchases and sales had to be in US paper currency. Unwilling to trade appreciating goods for depreciating paper, goods disappeared from stores.

We are plunging headlong toward disaster as a nation if we don't turn back. Obama and his America-hating ilk are purposefully causing as much irreparable damage as possible while they can. We can begin to put the brakes on in November but their threats of lame-duck shenanigans is horrifying if you love freedom, liberty, and self determination.
