Normal, thinking Americans know this intuitively already but, for you imbecilic environmentalists who want to punish civilization for being civilized by forcing us to live like God-forsaken, third-world nomads through a CO2-restrictive lifestyle, what do you think about this news?
ScienceDaily (Dec. 31, 2009) — Most of the carbon dioxide emitted by human activity does not remain in the atmosphere, but is instead absorbed by the oceans and terrestrial ecosystems. In fact, only about 45 percent of emitted carbon dioxide stays in the atmosphere.
Of course the teensy weensy amount of CO2 emitted by human activities(humans accounts for only about 1% of total atmospheric CO2) is easily absorbed by the ecosystem....CO2 is plant food, retards! As anyone who's watched the Biggest Loser can tell you: the more food you provide, the bigger the consumers of that food become. The environment is the same. By having an abundance of life-giving CO2, photosynthetic plants grow larger and therefor consume more CO2 as a result. That's why CO2 levels, despite what the eco-pixie Al Gore bleats continuously about, are essentially the same as they were 160 years ago. If we cut our CO2 production, plants will grow smaller to adjust for the relative shortage of food. That's how life works, eco-religionists! And it does so without your incessant meddling.
