Mad dogs and Englishmen
As the old saying goes, only mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the noon-day sun. Well, apparently Englishmen wearing their dogs do too. As if the Brits weren't PC enough already, this couple is wearing sweaters made from the actual hair of their dead pets as a way of recycling.
