USA vs China in the Pacific theater


For anybody who's interested, regular reader Bill sent in a link to AviationWeek that details a possible conflict between the US and China over Taiwan. It talks about the problems with force projection, basing, and the sheer number of assets China has compared to ours. The article is an interesting one and don't miss the comment thread either. There are a lot of interesting points made there too.
