Last week Ann pointed out the obvious by remarking about the curious deep-sixing of the "lesbian love affair" between John Edwards and Rielle Hunter(as John Hawkins over at RWN hilariously observed) story. If it had been a relatively unknown Christian or republican who cheated on his wife, the MSM would have pre-empted the Olympics, war coverage, and Big Brother XXII to devote full-time coverage to the "story". But because Edwards is an effiminate liberal and a possible running mate or AG in an Obama administration, they ignored it.
