“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

The virtual family

I don't know if I think this is cool or weird...

Accenture researchers Dadong Wan, right, and Adam Pilon, on screen, demonstrate a video-conferencing device Friday, Dec., 15, 2006, that allows families to dine together from different locations. Wan says his technology research company is developing a prototype called "The Virtual Family Dinner" to bring family interactions back to extended family members, like the elderly, as often as desired. All the togetherness you can stand that comes with family holiday dinners, without the annoying questions about why you aren't married yet or aunt Mildred's rutabaga casserole. And when your wacky liberal uncle starts in on you about your conservative political blog, you can just turn off his channel...excellent!
