Diana conspiracy theory #348

Anybody want to hazard a guess as to why Bill Clinton's CIA was surveilling Princess Diana at the time of her death? He probably thought he had a chance to "get with" her, if you know what I mean. Whatever the reason, this news will initiate another ridiculous round of conspiracy theories, 20/20 investigative segments, and made-for-TV movies.
