It's this kind of scene that makes me consider retiring to the beach one day. Then I see how leathery, washed up, and cliched all the locals are and I dismiss the idea. I think the beach is just for visiting, not so much for a lifestyle.

Sunset on the bay
Dianne took this picture from the outdoor dining area at a bay-side, marina restaurant in Orange Beach, the day before TS Lee came through. The pink in the sky was brilliant, lasted about 10 minutes, and dozens of diners were grabbing for their cameras.....

Just callin' 'em like I see 'em Jimmy. Beach retirees just aren't an attractive bunch as a general rule.
