The religion of peace murders some infidels

The religion of the perpetually enraged committed mass murder....again......

From FoxNews -- CAIRO, Egypt -- An explosion went off in front of a Coptic Christian church as worshippers emerged from a New Year's Mass in the Egyptian city of Alexandria early today, killing at least seven people, officials said.

After the blast, enraged Christians emerging from the church clashed with police and stormed a nearby mosque, prompting fights and volleys of stone throwing with Muslims, police and witnesses said -- a sign of the sectarian anger that has been arising with greater frequency in Egypt.

But if our democrat overlords are to be believed, Islam is the religion of peace, acceptance, and tolerance. Surely peace-loving Muslims wouldn't murder Christians just for being Christians, would they?

At least Egypt's Christians are pushing back against the Muslim hordes. That's more than I can say for decadent, western liberals in Europe and America.

UPDATE: Our Muslim-named President tried to run interference for the villainous, Muslim perps thusly: "The attack on a church in Alexandria, Egypt caused 21 reported deaths and dozens of injured from both the Christian and Muslim communities."
Turns out all the dead were Christians.

  1. Maybe Couric could go to Egypt and get them to put on a "Cosby Show" about Christians. That should solve the problem.

  2. I'm sure she took the Muslim side and thinks the Christians in Egypt should convert or leave the country.

US DRONES KILLED 2,043 PEOPLE, MOSTLY CIVILIANS, IN PAK DURING LAST FIVE YEARS
    January 2, 2011

As many as 2,043 people, mostly civilians, were killed in US drone attacks in northwestern parts of Pakistan during the last five years, a research has revealed.

The yearly report of Conflict Monitoring Centre (CMC) has termed the CIA drone strikes as an 'assassination campaign turning out to be revenge campaign', and showed that 2010 was the deadliest year ever of causalities resulted in drone-hits in Pakistan.

  4. Come on Glen, do you really think there are that many innocent civilians in Pakistan? Those nomadic sheep-herders are hiding Bin Laden and the rest of the Taliban. You heard what Bush said after 9/11..."either you're with us or you're with the terrorists." Every man must choose sides now. If you help a terrorist, you are no better than the terrorist and deserve to have a daisy-cutter dropped on your house. War is hell Glen....and there'll always be collateral damage. Sorry.

  5. It is posts like yours above, Ed, that prove (to my satisfaction at least) that you are carrying water for those who are the enemies of all that is good and decent.

You know that in the aftermath, Bin Laden repeatedly denied any involvement in the attacks of 911.

You know from a FOXnews.com report on 12/26/01 that Bin Laden died in mid-December of 2001 and was ceremonially buried.

You know that the Pakistanis are not simply nomadic sheep herders.

Even if they were, you know that nomadic sheep herders have as much right to life as do Lisa, Ronnie, Melissa, Karen, Mike, Bill and Dee.

You know that the so-called war on terror is a contrived war for the benefit of the military-industrial complex.

You know that Bonesman Bush has caused the death of more innocent civilians than all the terrorists in the world combined; that he was and is more of a threat to this country than a hundred Bin Ladens.

And yet you tell your readers differently on all these counts and more. You, sir, are not the patriot you pretend to be.

  6. (Methinks Ed's knee may have jerked prematurely.)

EGYPTIAN SECURITY GUARDS WITHDREW ONE HOUR BEFORE CHURCH BLAST, SAY EYEWITNESSES

There was no immediate claim of responsibility but officials hastily blamed either Al-Qaida or the Israeli Mousad of being behind the blast, but none of them mentioned the egyptian state security which is viewed by copts as the real culprit.

  7. Glen, even someone as devoid of humor as you must recognize a little tongue-in-cheek once in a while.

Look, I'll give you that going into Iraq was more or less baseless in terms of rooting out terrorists responsible for 9/11.
'43 wanted to finish what '41 started. I'll also disagree with going into Iraq on humanitarian grounds...we're not the world police.

It's pointless to debate the usefullness of our current Afghan strategy. We have no way of knowing if it worked. The absence of terrorist attacks cannot be definitively linked to killing the Taliban. All I know is that the Egyptian press reported that Christians had been killed by Muslims on New Years. Now why would the Egyptian media report falsly about Muslims? I doubt they would.

Lastly, nomadic sheep herders have a right to life as long as they do not aid the terrorists who're trying to kill US servicemen.

  8. Many in Egypt are now saying this attack, much like the shark attacks of late 2010, were in reality Zionist (Jewish) plots of the Mossad.

Egypt uses media stirred up hatred of Zionists much like unpopular authoritarian governments throughtout history have - to provide an external "enemy" to distract the populace from the internal problems.

  9. Bill, I imagine Glen will deny the possibility of such treachery on the part of Arabic/Muslim governments or media. But the eeeeevil Jooooos are capable of anything.

  10. This is just an example of the lack of freedom of religion in Egypt. It is a very corrupt backward country ruled by a dictator. Christians know that they are subject to being killed and persecuted all the time. If a muslim converts to Christianity they are subject to asassination by the Muslim Brotherhood. What a great country.

  11. As the news is reporting, the Pakistani governor who was murdered by his own bodyguard, enraged the murderer by arguing publicly against executing a Christian woman who was convicted of blasphemy by touching the water she brought to Muslim field workers.

I wonder how the Jews set that one up.

  12. Anon, is that true about the Christian touching the water intended for Muslims? If so, then Islam is even more barbaric and backward that I previously thought....and I previously thought they were mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging Neanderthals. WOW!

  14. Thousands of Egyptian Muslims Show Up as "Human Shields" to Defend Coptic Christians From Terorism

On New Year’s Day, a devastating terrorist bombing at a Coptic church in Egypt killed 21 people and injured 79 others. Although the identity of the culprits was not known, it was assumed that they were Muslim extremists, intent on targeting those they saw as heretics. Religious tensions immediately rose in the country, and angry Copts stormed streets, battled with police, and even vandalized a nearby mosque. The riots and heightened tensions between the Muslim and Coptic communities was likely what the terrorists wanted — to divide the Egyptian community and create sectarian strife between different religious groups [cui bono?].

Yet by Coptic Christmas Eve, which took place Thursday night in Egypt, things had changed completely. As Egyptian Copts attended mass at churches across the country, “thousands” of Muslims, including “the two sons of President Hosni Mubarak,” joined them, acting as “human shields” to protect from terrorist attacks by extremists. The Muslims organized under the slogan “We either live together, or we die together”

  15. "By the time of the New Year's Eve bombing in Alexandria, a growing number of Egyptians -- both Christian and Muslim -- began to suspect that Mubarak's U.S.-supported police state had cultivated a large pool of patsies to carry out false flag operations intended to foment sectarian conflict. If that was the design, things were working out as planned."
