Corrupt democrats want to unionize the entire country

Right-to-work laws allow employees of unionized companies to opt out of the union and retain their jobs if they wish. Most of the industrial states in the US are "forced-dues" states, that is, if you don't want to be in the labor union, the union thugs can have you fired. Doesn't seem very American now does it? As we know, union thuggery goes hand in hand with democrat politics....

Today, democrat Congressman Brad Sherman announced the introduction of dramatic legislation that would eliminate so-called “right-to-work” laws, which was applauded by AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka. Sherman has a strong record of supporting working men and women and earned a 100% rating from the AFL-CIO.

Looking at the map above, notice how the forced-dues states are the ones in the most fiscal trouble. Coincidence? I don't think so. This thug democrat Sherman wants to allow the forced unionization of literally every business in America.

Don't think this election is important enough to get out and vote? Think again.

Obama gives union thugs an office in the White House

It's no secret that Obama is beholden to the UAW unions whose donations helped greatly to get him elected. It's why he essentially handed GM and Chrysler over to them on a silver platter(against federal bankruptcy law). Today, he'll finish cementing his cozy relationship with union thugs....

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama is creating a White House council to handle issues that affect American communities and workers tied to the automotive industry.

The White House says Obama will sign an executive order Tuesday to establish the White House Council on Automotive Communities and Workers. The council will be chaired by the president's economic adviser, Larry Summers, and his labor secretary, Hilda Solis.

Democrats are beholden to unions the way plants are beholden to water, and Obama will take no action that harms union support. That's what this silly council is designed to do....convince union thug bosses that he's keeping their interests above the best interests of the car companies, and it's share-holders, that the union members work for. He wants the union bosses to know that they have direct access to his office.

There are so many things wrong and illegal about this whole car-company bankruptcy deal, that I can't even go into it all. You all know what's going on. The fix is in and productive Americans like us, and our kids and grand kids, are on the hook for it.

A team of women who represented the United States at the world bridge championships in Shanghai last month is facing sanctions, including a yearlong ban from competition, for a spur-of-the-moment protest.

At issue is a crudely lettered sign, scribbled on the back of a menu, that was held up at an awards dinner and read, “We did not vote for Bush.”…

“What we were trying to say, not to Americans but to our friends from other countries, was that we understand that they are questioning and critical of what our country is doing these days, and we want you to know that we, too, are critical,” Ms. Greenberg said, stressing that she was speaking for herself and not her six teammates.

Look, when you represent your country overseas, you cannot go around undermining it's efforts. (Of course democrats, specifically Clinton and Carter, do this all the time, and that's why I think of them as America-haters) When you sign a contract with an organization, a contract that specifically forbids politicization of your position, and then you do something overtly political, you deserve to be punished.

And I know what your argument will be before the "thought" even forms in the rudimentary ganglion that serves as your brain..."But Ed, she's just exercising her first amendment right of free speech." Sorry hippie, your right of free speech ends where your signature on a contract banning such speech begins. Nothing's stopping her from making a jack-ass of herself any time she wants, but when she's officially representing an apolitical organization which paid for her to attend the event, political speech is forbidden. Virtually every employment contract in the world contains a clause in which dismissal is included as punishment for behavior that the organization deems unacceptable.

I hope this vile wretch gets mocked, ridiculed, and harrassed when she comes home.

The Urine Test

I have finally found a way to satisfy and resolve some of our tax issues as well as help ease the burden of our illegal immigration issue. It is simple. The Urine Test.

All persons requesting free medical aid, government subsidies, food, and all other "handouts" should be required to pass a simple urine test. No drugs or diseases- your okay and get in line. You got issues, well then partner find another way to get free stuff . Immigrants show up w/o proper documentation, test them. If they can pass the test, get them their short term needs, but detain them until the proper credentials are filled out. Simple easy and cheap. Testing can be done on the spot without expensive labs and can save the government money.

I got this idea this week, as I dealt with a job in Montgomery with the State. All employees of the state are subjected to random urine testing and will have their paycheck withheld for failure to comply with the test, and I found that there are restrictions, including termination, if one doesn't pass. What a great system. expand it and start the unemployed on the road back to being non drug dependent, and toward finding a job. The state could hire many of these people in the newly expanded business of manufacturing urine testing cups and equipment.

I am always looking for new and improved ways to help the less fortunate.
