FLORENCE -- A 35-year employee of the Lauderdale County school system submitted his letter of retirement one day after he was charged with loitering for a sex activity.
Is standing around, waiting for sex a crime? Because we're all pretty much guilty of that.
Hat tip to Fark.

I presume he was standing around waiting to pick up a "lady of the night" which ain't quite the same thing as trying to meet someone to date.
If he works with children. I think it's probably for the best
The crime for trying to pick someone up for sex is "solicitation". As long as he didn't offer money in exchange for a specific sex act, how can they prove he was loitering for sex?
