4 white women celebrate diversity

Hartford Steam Boiler is an insurance company in Connecticut. And apparently, there is a national observance, tediously named National Different Colored Shoes Day in recognition of diversity in the workplace.

Could there be anything more stupid than 4 white women wearing mismatched shoes to celebrate race diversity that evidently doesn't exist in their own office? If there are any black employees at Hartford, they're probably at their desks working while the white women pose for pictures.
