Why stand when you can sit on your ass?

This pic has been floating around the interwebs. It's rumored to be a welfare, or other public assistance, office. The hand-out class can't be bothered to stand in line for other peoples' money, so they line their flip-flops up and sit on their asses playing video games on their $600 iPhones no doubt.
