Alabama leads the nation in something good for once

For once Alabama leads the nation in something positive: the state GOP reps rammed through a school voucher program so that students in failing schools can attend better schools, private or public, outside their district. 

Of course the teachers' union is apoplectic because their utter failure to teach will now receive the sunshine it deserves and teachers in unions, like vampires, hate the light of day being shone on them.
