Ubiquitous cell phones have changed our lives, mostly for the better, but sometimes people are just stupid with them. People who inappropriately disturb others because they refuse to turn their cell phones off for 15 minutes because they're afraid they might miss a tweet, call, or text from a friend, deserve to have blows reigned down upon them with battery filled socks.
