Tiresome news reader Katie Couric has had an epiphany regarding her dismal ratings as anchor of the CBS evening news. Why, she blames the local affiliates of course.....

From TVWeek -- Katie Couric is hinting that she knows why her CBS “Evening News” telecast has struggled in the ratings. In an interview with The New York Times Magazine, Couric indicates the reason for her third-place finish among evening news broadcasts might have something to do with the local news lead-in on CBS stations.

It probably never occurred to Katie Cupcake that it was a combination of her obviously liberal slant to the news delivery business and the availability of balanced news outlets that led to her embarrassing demise at CBS. And the absurdity of her demand for $13million a year to read a teleprompter for 22 minutes a night was completely lost on her. Liberals never accept responsibility for their own failures. They blame others as if conspired against when the fault is entirely their own.
