Apparently since there have been no actual terrorist emergencies, Chicago's school authorities just make them up now, and the geniuses at the Chicago Sun Times, thought it was newsworthy...
"School evacuated after chlorine-like smell found near pool"
In other CST headlines, "Beach evacuated after dry, white, granular substance found", or
"Great Lakes evacuated after cold, scaly animals found living there".
