Last week Ann's column wasn't that interesting so I skipped it but, she bounces back this week with her assessment of the outlandishly preposterous "porkulus" bill. She rightly points out that this monstrosity represents, as liberal democrat Pat Cadell observed, the most corrupt and naked power grab by any executive branch in recorded history.
