Finally, the media is getting tired of being treated like school-children by the this administration. Why it took six months is anybody's guess. Both Gibbs and Obama are incapable of forming a lucid thought on the fly, instead requiring writers spoon-feed answers for them to regurgitate or read off the teleprompter. Maybe if they raise a big enough stink, Gibbs and Obama will have no choice but to return to the way presidential press conferences and daily press briefings have always been held in this country....unrehearsed and unscreened. You field the questions as they are asked.

When stupid people kill their kids

Ordinarily, if an adult had been the victim here, I'd be making jokes but, not when it's a child...

MIAMI (Reuters) - A Florida toddler was strangled on Wednesday by a 12-foot (3.6-meter) albino Burmese python that escaped from a holding tank in the girl's home, authorities said.
The pet's owner, a boyfriend of the child's mother, found the python on top of the 2-year-old girl in the rural community of Oxford, about 50 miles northwest of Orlando.

The python apparently broke free in the night, entered the girl's bedroom and attacked her.

"This is very rare," Patricia Behnke of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission told reporters.

First, how stupid and incompetent of a mother must you be, to allow your idiot, Peter-Pan syndromed boyfriend to live in a house with your female child? You don't do that!
Second, what responsible, grown man owns large, carnivorous reptiles as pets? I'll bet this guy was that high-school dropout who hung around the roller-rink parking lot macking on 15 year-old girls because he couldn't relate to adult women.
Last, if you are going to keep a large snake in your house, how do you not make absolutely sure he can't escape, knowing that the baby will be it's first victim.

How many times do I have to say it? You cannot under any circumstances form a bond of trust and friendship with a reptile, as if it's a cat or dog. You are nothing but it's next meal if you give it the opportunity to eat you or a member of your family.

Congress.....apparently unaware there's a recession going on

While Americans struggle to cope with the faltering economy, keep their crap jobs, and watch the federal government take a swindler's share of our income and liberty, beltway politicians are living the dream on money they seized from us.....

WASHINGTON -- Spending by lawmakers on taxpayer-financed trips abroad has risen sharply in recent years, a Wall Street Journal analysis of travel records shows, involving everything from war-zone visits to trips to exotic spots such as the Galápagos Islands.

The spending on overseas travel is up almost tenfold since 1995, and has nearly tripled since 2001, according to the Journal analysis of 60,000 travel records. Hundreds of lawmakers traveled overseas in 2008 at a cost of about $13 million. That's a 50% jump since Democrats took control of Congress two years ago.

The cost of so-called congressional delegations, known among lawmakers as "codels," has risen nearly 70% since 2005, when an influence-peddling scandal led to a ban on travel funded by lobbyists, according to the data.

Lawmakers say that the trips are a good use of government funds because they allow members of Congress and their staff members to learn more about the world, inspect U.S. assets abroad and forge better working relationships with each other.

They can't even come up with good rationalizations. Let's take a look...

-learn more about the world--if they had gone to private or home schools instead of dreadful government schools and studied history and international civics instead of learning to put condoms on cucumbers, they'd know about the world without taking a private jet around to see it.

-inspect US assets abroad--there are already people in place for that who get paid by the taxpayers already. And what US assets are there in high-brow, Paris bistros or the Galapagos Islands that need inspecting?

-forge better relationships with each other--this is just plain stupid! Why must they fly their families to Rome for the Easter weekend, like Pelosi did, in order to forge relationships when they could do it old-school like Ted Kennedy used to.....in a smoky bar with a bottle of single-malt Scotch and some drunk interns?

This is your despicable representation in Washington ladies and gentlemen, living large on your dime, while you scrounge each of your dimes to make it to the end of the month.

With the news that almost every penny that has been released so far from the idiotic stimulus bill, was wisely saved by American families rather than spent as Obama directed us to do, shows what a complete and total, rank amateur we have in the White House and this cartoon symbolizes precisely what his plans are worth.....

The "transparency" of the Obama administration

Remember when Obama promised that his administration would be the most transparent in history....well, not so much as it turns out....

A top Republican senator has ordered an investigation into the Environmental Protection Agency's alleged suppression of a report that questioned the science behind global warming.

The 98-page report, co-authored by EPA analyst Alan Carlin, pushed back on the prospect of regulating gases like carbon dioxide as a way to reduce global warming. Carlin's report argued that the information the EPA was using was out of date, and that even as atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased, global temperatures have declined.

"He came out with the truth. They don't want the truth at the EPA," Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla, a global warming skeptic, told FOX News, saying he's ordered an investigation. "We're going to expose it."

There might be something illegal about intentionally subverting a government report for no reasons other than it conflicted with your legislative agenda and casted doubt on your depraved, global-warming ideology. Sen. Inhofe has a steep uphill to climb, especially because the media will help Obama and his EPA hide the facts. Don't be surprised if the media starts snooping in Inhofe's personal life to find dirt with which they'll force him to stop his probe of their personal lord and savior, The Obamessiah.

With dissent growing by the hour, Obama and the democrats have to ram through idiotic, global-warming legislation that will cripple American industry for decades, drive thousands of jobs overseas, and result in thousands of job losses here at home in addition.

Dissenting opinion, no matter how scientifically sound, will not be tolerated by this administration. Government employees will march in lock-step, like sycophantic Nazis with Obama or they will be attacked by the slavish media, fired without cause, or otherwise intimidated into parroting the approved ideology as dictated by Obama.

The probing hand of Obama reaches into our homes

Not satisfied with ruining America's energy economy with cap-n-trade, bank and private company bailouts, and a totally flawed census, now Obama wants to control what kind of light bulbs we use in our homes too....

The president says that 7 percent of all energy consumed in America goes to light people's homes and businesses, and that if the newer, more restrictive energy efficiency standards truly take hold, there could a savings of $4 billion a year by 2022.

That the government would dare come into our homes and dictate that we use stupid, infernally dim, compact fluorescent bulbs demonstrates that there is no part of the private lives of Americans into which he won't intrude using the heavy hand of the federal police state.

After driving home in our tiny, but fuel efficient death traps forced on us by Government Motors, we'll stumble around in the cold, sterile dimness of CFD's, looking for candles to increase the light and warmth in our homes, after which we'll sit shivering, huddled under blankets for warmth in front of our government-approved 13inch, low-wattage TV's, watching the one approved station...OBN(Obama Broadcasting Network) as we stare blankly at yet another glycerin speech by The Obamessiah telling us how wonderfully equal we all are because of him.

God help us!!!

Go out right now and stock up on incandescent bulbs for the coming ban. You're either an independent, patriotic American or a brain-dead, Obama stooge, you can't be both.

The Michael Jackson show is just beginning

You'll be shocked, shocked I say, to learn that Michael Jackson might not be the father of these three very white kids....



Who didn't know this was the case? Today, Debbie Rowe, the mother to MJ's two oldest kids, Prince and Paris, announced that MJ was not their father. I don't care what kind of skin condition MJ suffered from, his DNA is still that of a black dude and his kids should show some evidence of it. I wonder if whoever the real father is will come forward, take a paternity test, and then demand money from what's left of the estate to go away. This whole thing with the kids is going to get ugly in my opinion. Because even if Michael is broke, he still owns the rights to the entire Beatles discography and other things that are very valuable and worth fighting over.

What a circus we're about to be treated to.

Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) had a few choice words about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) landmark climate-change bill after its passage Friday. When asked why he read portions of the cap-and-trade bill on the floor Friday night, Boehner told The Hill, "Hey, people deserve to know what's in this pile of s--t."

Boehner has been great in fighting the Cap-n-Trade disaster. He deserves all the support we can give him. And one way is to rid the House of those 8 traitorous republicans who voted for the bill. Boehner doesn't need sniveling rats like that in his own backyard.
