“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

Muslims just want to culturally enrich us

Once again Islam has contributed to the rich multicultural tapestry that is American life, when Dahir Adan stabbed 11 shoppers at a mall in St. Cloud, Minnesota after screeching about Allah and asking victims if they were Muslim before stabbing them. Thankfully an off-duty cop shot Adan and sent him off to hell, before he could stab anybody else.

We are constantly lectured to by our superiors that Muslims are noble victims of intolerant Americans' oppression and bigotry, rather than soulless miscreants of a barbaric cult. To that end, local authorities and the FBI are persisting in the fantasy that the motive for the attack is still unknown.

Any observer with a functioning rudimentary ganglion knows what the motive was, but it would be impolitic to point it out.

This guy isn't working for Habitat for Humanity, he's about to bash your infidel head in....

However bad Islamists might be, they are far from the baddest actors on the Globe. Of the baddest, George Washington wrote:

“They work more effectively against us than the enemy’s armies. They are a hundred times more dangerous to our liberties and the great cause we are engaged in.”

It is a shame that you have blinders on where "they" are concerned.

Another perspective on the truly bad actors:

"...one more element must be added without which the behavior of the Israeli occupation regime cannot be explained: Evil. Pure evil. Sadistic evil. Evil for its own sake. Sometimes, it's the only explanation. ~Israeli journalist, Gideon Levi (Ha'aretz)

Who is "they"?

US drone strike kills civilians in Afghanistan: UN
At least 15 civilians were killed and 13 wounded in a US unmanned aircraft strike in eastern Afghanistan, the United Nations said, calling for an independent investigation into the incident.

I can’t help but wonder why Ed constantly bitches about Arabs with hammers etc. (see photo above) but never, ever objects to the repeated killing of civilians by U.S. drones. Hmmm.

Ed said...

Here's how I assign blame for civilian drone casualties: 20% to the US for not being as careful perhaps, as they should be, and 75% to the cowardly ISIS rabble for intentionally hiding among civilians, and 5% to the civilians themselves for not killing the ISIS guys for hiding among them.

Isaac A. Nussbaum said...

Here's how I assign blame for civilian drone casualties: 100% to the piece-of-shit country which uses armed drones in a manufactured "war on terror", the object of which has nothing whatsoever to do with national defense.

Ed said...

Heh heh, I would have guessed precisely that from you Isaac.

The causes of terrorists wanting to kill infidel Americans is imminently debatable, however moving forward, our only choice is to kill them where they are rather than waiting for them to come to us....also known as the Bush doctrine.

Agree or not, we are at war with terrorists and either they'll win or we will win. Should we just drop our weapons, land our drones, and come home and wait to be killed by them eventually?

What would you have us do Isaac? Not 50 years ago, today?

"...we are at war with terrorists ...."

Oh?

Excerpted from: Russia Kills 30 US, Israeli, British Officers Believed To Be Assisting ISIS

“As part of an ongoing offensive against militant-held sectors of Aleppo, Russian warships hit a military operations center near the city, killing 30 Israeli, US, Saudi, and British officers who were allegedly offering support and intelligence to ISIS militants in Syria. The strike came following a failed ceasefire in the embattled country, which was ultimately derailed after being violated multiple times by US-backed militant groups, the US, and Israel.”

We're #1. We're #1. We're #1.

From: BARBARISM IN WORDS AND DEEDS. BARBARISM OF U.S. IMPERIAL WARS IS UNMATCHED
“Over the past decade and a half, the US and its allies have invaded, occupied, killed, wounded and dispossessed over ten million people, in countries from Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Libya, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon. Military and civilian officials have systematically destroyed entire economies, fostered ethno-religious wars, undermined ancient community and family ties and placed corrupt political puppets in power.

Promoted by the US, torture, arbitrary arrest and incarceration have become the norm creating lawless and chaotic societies, which had once been productive and stable. The shredding of social structures has provokes massive population flight, with millions of desperate refugees fleeing invasions, wars and total society breakdown. The result of these deliberate imperial policy decisions has been emptied cities and neighborhoods, broken families, destroyed lives and futures for many millions of young Arabs and Muslims.

As the human toll mounts and Western Europe is flooded with the results of US aggressive wars, the imperialists have sharpened their shrill rhetoric, labeling all of their adversaries and critics as ‘accomplices in war crimes’, and ‘barbarians’.

The greater and more sustained the policy of wanton imperial pillage, the more intense the frustration of its leaders over its ultimate failures, and the greater the recourse of its ‘diplomats’ to vituperative language.”

BREAKING: Pentagon caught paying PR firm $540 million to make fake terrorist videos
By Claire Bernish - October 3, 2016

“According to a new joint investigation by the Sunday Times and the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, the Pentagon paid a PR firm based in the U.K. over half a billion dollars to make fake terrorist videos in Iraq as part of an enormous propaganda campaign.”

Ed said...

From what conspiracy site do you get this stuff?

Isaac A. Nussbaum said...

Uh, oh. Ed has invoked the magic word, "CONSPIRACY". That, as we all know, is a word (like "ANTI-SEMITE") designed not to encourage an investigation of the facts and to arrive at a reasoned understanding but, rather, to put an end to intelligent investigation. The fact that Ed resorted to it speaks volumes, n'est–ce pas?

Ed said...

Half a billion dollars to make propaganda videos? For what purpose? Can you show me a link to a single fake video?

Do you understand where the notion of "conspiracy" comes from?

Isaac A. Nussbaum said...

I'm not trying to change your mind, Ed. I understand that your world view does not admit to the possibility that elected officials and bureaucrats would ever lie or mislead the public. It does not admit to the possibility that people with more money than God would ever use it to influence government contrary to the best interests of the populace. It does not believe that the people who lust for a one world government would use anything but the purest of measures toward that end. I understand that your worldview believes: those people out there - BAD! us - GOOD!

My only objective is to illustrate that there is a population out there that appears to see things that you don't see, know things that you don't know and thus, views the world far differently than you view it.

That doesn't make you wrong (necessarily). Just suspect.

Ed said...

I'm shocked, SHOCKED that you haven't read much of what I've written about the super-constitutional cabal of man who operate above the governments of the world and that elections are kabuki theater for the people to believe that we have a say in our own governance.

I've written precisely that dozens of times.

Me stating that Islam is bad is based on the evidence that they are trying to kill us. And, I'm not as big of a US cheerleader as you seem to think.....

Iraq war = bad, Arab Spring = doesn't exist, democratizing any country in the middle east = idiotic pipe-dream, limiting our business in the middle east to business and humanitarian(maybe) = possibly worth a look-see, what's done is done and now we have to deal with the present as it is, not how it should be = obvious.

So that dispenses with your first two paragraphs as poppy-cock.

Regarding whether I'm suspect or not: I am imminently suspect as I am no expert in anything, but neither are you.

"The US has been trying to replace Assad with a puppet ruler (as the US has already done in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, and Yemen) for 5 years, and has sold this war of conquest to the American people as part of the war on terror." ~Michael Rivero

And there you have Ed's so-called "war on terror" in living color and surround-sound.

Ed said...

Name the puppet rulers in any of those countries. Our last puppet ruler was the Shah of Iran. Mubarak was western-friendly, but he was no puppet.
