Navy SEAL's-3, Somali pirates-0

In case you missed it, a Navy SEAL team jumped out of a C-130 with their boats and equipment, in the dead of night, boarded the USS Bainbridge and took up hidden positions with three sniper rifles, and they waited, and waited, and waited. President Obama gave the green light and when all three pirates showed their heads(one in a window and the other two out of fresh air vents) three high-velocity rounds scrambled their brains simultaneously and freed Captain Phillips.

Seriously, I can't wait for the book or TV movie or whatever. What a great country!

The religion of peace strikes yet again

If you don't want to abide by our laws, then go back to where you came from....

The police booking photo of alleged child killer Nour Hadid released Tuesday is an "insult against our religion," says Hadid's husband, Alaeddin.

Orland Park police detectives say the 26-year-old Muslim woman was treated as any other suspect in a murder probe would be, and they did not intend to humiliate her when they photographed her Sunday without her headscarf and wearing only a skimpy top.

By Rumanna Hussain, Chicago Sun-Times Nour Hadid is accused of beating her 2-year-old niece Bhia Hadid to death over four days at her home on the 9000 block of West 140th Street. The child had 55 separate bruises and was beaten "from head to toe," according to prosecutors, who say Hadid confessed.

But Alaeddin Hadid - who insists his wife is innocent - said Orland Park police are "really going to be in big trouble" for releasing the woman's booking photo to the news media after she was charged with first-degree murder.

"It is against our religion; we do not do this in our culture," Alaeddin said.

According to Alaeddin, in Islam it's perfectly OK to beat your child to death but it is forbidden for women to leave the house without covering. That's some great religion that Islam isn't it?

Are we all socialists now?

If you hadn't heard yet, just under half of America is retarded....

Only 53% of American adults believe capitalism is better than socialism.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 20% disagree and say socialism is better. Twenty-seven percent (27%) are not sure which is better.

The 47% who either believe in socialism or are not sure, can be broken down into easily-defined component groups. The 20% believers are made up of the America-hating, hard-core, leftist liberals that make up the core of the democrat party, the main stream media, and college professors who wear tweed jackets with elbow patches year-round. The 27% who don't know which is best, is divided evenly between abominably stupid college pot-heads like the ones rioting in London last week, and the deadbeat, welfare dropouts in America who will always want something they didn't earn to be provided by the people who did earn it.

Of course this poll will be joyfully reported by the networks as proof that America has finally turned the corner and left free markets behind in order to embrace Euro-style nanny-statery. Sadly and embarrassingly, they might just be right.

Besides forcing law-abiding, American travelers to stand shoeless in long lines in airports, waiting to suffer all manner of indignity and humiliation as TSA folks rifle through our harmless bags, what has Islam contributed to the US?

Besides rearranging the New York City skyline, what has Islam contributed to the US?

Historically, besides forcing the creation of the US Marines in the 1800's to combat Islamic, Barbary Coast pirates, what has Islam contributed to the US?

Have any new inventions, medicines, architecture, innovations, art, technological advances, or anything useful, anything at all come from the part of the world that practices radical Islam?

What did Obama mean by the statement, "including my own country"? I mean if he considers himself American, and not Indonesian.

That the feckless sychophants that make up our media(other than Fox News) will never ask him this question is dispicable!

The One thinks he can control the weather

John Holdren told The Associated Press in his first interview since being confirmed last month that the idea of geoengineering the climate is being discussed. One such extreme option includes shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun's rays.

The absurdly inefficient and self-serving federal government will attempt to harness the weather by polluting the upper atmosphere with trillions of tiny mirrors to reflect the solar rays and stop a wholly imaginary phenomenon---- man-made global warming. What could possibly go wrong?

-What will we do when the Earth naturally cools as any reasonable thinking person knows it will?

-How will future shuttle missions get through the gauntlet of tiny mirrors without damage?

-How will we keep the mirrors over the US? And what happens if another country doesn't want our mirrors obstructing the sun from their crops?

-How do you keep a tiny mirror from blowing away or falling back to Earth?

-Won't this pretty much end the solar-energy industry, such as it is?

Seriously, this is the stupidest idea I've ever heard and Obama is making a total mockery of the Presidency by even listening to this sort of nonsense. But then, he made a total mockery of the Presidency just by getting elected.

Sail unarmed into pirate waters.....get seized by pirates

You've probably heard about the Maersk, Alabama, a huge container ship that was hijacked by a rag-tag band of Somali pirates yesterday. The crew of about 20 Americans is being held hostage. I want to know how a skiff the size of a row boat can attack and disable a crew of 20 on a cargo ship of this size?

Here's the ship, or one exactly like it, that was hijacked. And below is a boat filled with "pirates" like the one used to capture the container ship.

You're telling me that a single dude with a sniper rifle couldn't kill every one of these guys before they even approached the ship, much less climbed aboard? He wouldn't even have to kill them, just shoot the outboard motor and disable the boat.

Why don't these ships that sail anywhere near Somalia have at least one guy whose job it is to empty magazines of bullets into any approaching boats? This is sort of like a doughnut truck driving down Rosie O'Donnell's street and expecting not to get hijacked. But maybe I'm missing something.

President Barack Obama wants to slash a critical national security program -- missile defense -- by $1.4 billion while offering as much as $13.8 billion to ACORN.

ACORN is perhaps the most corrupt political orgainzation operating in the US right now. They are guilty of thousands of cases of blatant voter fraud, intimidation, and other election and housing crimes, yet Obama wants them to be intimately involved in the 2010 census and is showering them with billions of money seized from taxpayers. At the same time, he's slashing critical defense projects. The timing of this sends a clear message to our enemies like Iran, North Korea, and Venezuela that we are weak and unwilling to stand up to them. The western hemisphere may get awfully interesting in the next few years as the axes of evil flex their muscle to see how far they can push Obama.

Every day Obama proves that he's just an inexperienced, deluded adolescent with the right skin color but, without the slightest grasp of the weight and seriousness of his job.

Leave. Just go away. Retire to the Cayman Islands or Bermuda or wherever, but do it now, please, while you still have some love for this country. Close your companies, fire your employees, shutter your factories and offices, sell your property, and take all of that somewhere else… better yet: somewhere scenic but poverty-stricken. Somewhere that could use some wealth creation. Somewhere that people simply are grateful to have a job in the first place. Somewhere where you will be appreciated.

You are not welcome in America any more. Take your wealth and prosperity and inventiveness and hard work and vision and insight and bold risk-taking and joy in seeing growth and wealth creation and just go away – right now, before it’s too late. Because if you stay, Joel Berg and Barack Obama and Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank and Chris Dodd will continue to come after you for more and more and more and they will not ever stop – not ever – until you are forced to flee. And when that day comes, you will go with not with fond remembrances and a desire to return home, but rather a black heart and hard and bitter memories.

So on behalf of those few of us who still believe in the Land of Opportunity, I beg you and implore you, in the name of our common patriot ancestors who worked so hard and sacrificed so much so that we could become so spoiled and ungrateful: take your 60% of the total income taxes and just go away.

If Obama and the democrats continue to punish and demonize the people from whom they rob 60% of the taxes that democrats use to buy votes from the deadbeat class, what reason will the wealthy have to continue to produce and achieve? The short and terrifying answer is that they won't have any reasons. Then where will the liberals be when there are no rich to plunder, when the achievers close their factories and retire to Caribbean tax havens, or simply decide to stop earning altogether to avoid the insidious, progressive taxes? They'll come after the rest of us who are not rich but, who make marginally comfortable livings, that's what they'll do.
