Tragedy in Connecticut has predictable results

The school massacre in Connecticut today resulted in predictable commentary from the villainous media and opportunistic, craven democrats, both of whom are deviously wringing their hands about taking the horror of this situation to bleat about the need for strict gun control in the US.

The private ownership of guns is partially about adults protecting children with them. As I've advocated every time a school shooting takes place and totally unarmed people get killed, there should be an armed guard and several teachers, depending on the size of the student body, who are armed and trained to defend the students from threats.

Disarming the population makes this sort of thing easier and the body count much higher. 9 adults and 18 children....what the hell? I cannot even imagine the profound sorrow of these parents and how they would love for somebody to have stopped this guy.
